Role / Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong sales focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to join our growing commercial team.

In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, identify new business opportunities, and help organizations unlock value through Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and related services.

This position requires a combination of consultative selling skills, solution-oriented thinking, and a strong understanding of business applications and digital transformation needs. The role offers exposure to strategic accounts, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of our Microsoft business.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as a trusted advisor for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans to expand pipeline, increase wallet share, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales consultants, delivery teams, Microsoft stakeholders, and business decision-makers to shape winning solutions and proposals.
  • Identify customer needs, qualify opportunities, and drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Act as the main point of communication between customers, internal teams, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure commercial success according to sales targets, customer satisfaction, and long-term account development objectives.
  • Contribute to the optimization of go-to-market practices, account development strategies, and sales processes.
  • Promote the value of Dynamics 365 Business Central, Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and related professional services aligned to customer business priorities.

Qualifications

What sets you up for success

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, Economics or related field.
  • 1–3+ years of experience in account management, solution selling, or B2B software / ERP / CRM sales.
  • Strong experience selling business applications, ERP, CRM, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or related business software ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of customer business processes, value-based selling, and complex solution positioning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into compelling commercial propositions and solution value stories.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken).
