Role / Job Description
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong SAP expertise to join our growing technology team.
In this role, you will lead and coordinate complex IT and SAP Basis-related projects, ensuring successful delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams, technical experts, and business stakeholders.
This position requires a combination of strong project management skills and solid technical understanding of enterprise IT systems and SAP environments. The role offers exposure to strategic projects and the opportunity to contribute to the continuous evolution of our technology landscape.
- Lead and manage IT and SAP Basis-related projects from initiation through delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, SAP Functional consultants, SAP Basis consultants, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Act as the main point of communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects according to quality, timeline, and budget objectives.
- Contribute to the optimization of project management processes and IT governance practices.
- Support the successful implementation and integration of SAP solutions and enterprise systems.
Qualifications
What sets you up for success
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
5–10+ years of experience in IT project management.
Strong experience managing SAP-related projects or enterprise systems implementations.
Solid understanding of SAP environments (SAP ERP / S4HANA / Rise or related modules).
Strong understanding of IT architecture, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Fluent in Greek and English (written & spoken).
Nice to have
Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
Previous experience in consulting or professional services environments.
Hands-on experience in SAP implementations or digital transformation projects.
