Role / Job Description

A Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, managing content and social media, organizing events, conducting market research, and assisting with reporting and analytics. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, making it essential to the smooth operation of a marketing team. Job Terms:  8hour/5 days, 09:30-17:30, 1 day WFH

  • Assist in the marketing strategy and annual plan cooperating with the Marketing Director. Propose the annual or monthly digital plan to the Marketing Director and then implement it.

  • Participate in the development of the brand marketing strategies ensuring brand integrity, a clear strategic direction and brand positioning. Participate in the creation of an integrated communication strategy through multiple channels the value of our brands to all target audiences internally and externally

  • Coordinate digital, print, and social media marketing efforts

  • Researching and evaluating various marketing tools, including AI-powered solutions, to streamline tasks and enhance campaign effectiveness, while staying updated on emerging technologies to adapt and optimize marketing strategies accordingly
  • Propose, develop, and execute comprehensive digital strategies, encompassing SEO, Google AdWords, content marketing, social media management, and performance analytics (monthly & annually), corporate intranet & site to elevate brand presence and drive targeted audience engagement in alignment with organizational goals
  • Help create promotional materials, presentations, and advertising content.
  • Draft and edit marketing content such as newsletters, blog posts, and press releases
  • Assist in organizing corporate events, sponsorship & bonding events.  Handle logistics like venue booking, materials prep, and event follow-up.
  • Administrative support to Marketing Director Job Terms: 8hour/5 days, 09:30-17:30, 1 day WFH

Qualifications

  • BSc in Marketing & Communication or in a related field.

  • MSc or MBA is preferable.

  • Excellent knowledge in digital media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, YouTube, Google AdWords, SEO, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)

  • Excellent knowledge in power point, word, excel

  • Knowledge of: Canva, Capcut, ChatGPT, Mailchimp will be an asset

  • Excellent knowledge of English language

  • Excellent writing & communications skills

  • Good knowledge of the tone of voice of the company brands. 

  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
