Role / Job Description
We’re looking for a talented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our growing Microsoft practice.
In this position, you will contribute to the development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a focus on Sales and Customer Service modules. You will work closely with technical and functional teams to deliver robust CRM applications, integrations, and enhancements that support clients’ business needs and digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Support implementations and enhancements across Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Design and develop custom components, plugins, workflows, and integrations.
- Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support system integrations with other platforms and enterprise applications.
- Contribute to development of lifecycle activities, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in ongoing projects and support activities.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and adherence to development best practices.
Qualifications
What sets you up for success
- 2+ years of experience in .NET development.
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET Framework, and/or .NET Core.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
- Experience in Plugin and Custom Workflow development for Dynamics 365 will be considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules will be considered a plus.
- Experience with Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus will be considered an advantage.
- Exposure to Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse, will be considered a plus.
- Experience in system integrations will be considered an asset.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
