Role / Job Description

We’re looking for talented SAP IS-Healthcare Consultants to join our growing SAP practice — at Junior, Mid, and Senior levels.

In this position, you’ll work with the latest and already established SAP technologies, help design and deliver innovative healthcare oriented solutions for domestic and international clients.

• Lead or support end-to-end SAP IS-H implementations from initial fit/gap analysis through to go-live and hypercare. Depending on your experience, you may own entire workstreams or contribute as a key team member in configuration, testing, data migration, and documentation.
• Apply SAP Best Practices to design and deploy standardized, efficient, and scalable healthcare processes that align with industry benchmarks, SAP’s clean core approach and client objectives.
• Configure and optimize SAP for Healthcare module – to implement Healthcare procedures, billing and domestic insurance compliances, that meet client requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of IS-H module with other SAP functions (e.g. Finance/Controlling, Sales & Distribution and Material’s Management) to support end-to-end business processes.
• Develop and integrate new approaches and applications to support  Healthcare processes.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving supply chain visibility, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency. Provide expert advice and creative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.

Qualifications

What sets you up for success

• Entry-Level (Junior): 0–2 years of experience in SAP ISH.
• Experienced (Mid/Senior): 3–6 years (Mid) or 7+ years (Senior) of hands-on SAP ISH experience, including involvement in full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Fluent in Greek (written & spoken) – required .
• Fluent in English (C2 level)– required.
• Additional languages are a plus.

Core IS-H Process Expertise

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare administration, or related healthcare fields.
• Understanding of end-to-end of Healthcare processes (Patient Management, Patient Billing).
• Familiarity with SAP IS-H module and how it integrates with other areas of SAP.
• Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to troubleshoot and think innovatively to tailor SAP solutions to business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative team player with a client-facing mindset – able to engage with stakeholders and explain complex ideas clearly.
• Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced projects.
• Highly organized and accountable, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP IS-H is highly regarded.
• Coding and debugging abilities are also taken into consideration.
