SAP Logistics Consultants (Supply Chain Management)

Role / Job Description

We’re looking for talented SAP SCM Consultants to join our growing SAP practice — at Junior, Mid, and Senior levels.

In this position, you’ll work with the latest SAP technologies S/4 HANA and RISE with SAP, help design and deliver innovative logistics and supply chain solutions for international clients across multiple industries.

• Lead or support end-to-end SAP SCM implementations (S/4HANA) from initial fit/gap analysis through to go-live and hypercare. Depending on your experience, you may own entire workstreams or contribute as a key team member in configuration, testing, data migration, and documentation.
• Apply SAP Best Practices to design and deploy standardized, efficient, and scalable supply chain processes that align with industry benchmarks, SAP’s clean core approach and client objectives.
• Utilize the latest SAP Fiori and Fiori Launchpad capabilities - such as modern, role-based apps and predictive analytics - to deliver smarter, faster supply chain decision
• Configure and optimize SAP logistics modules – such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) – to implement efficient procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and delivery processes that meet client requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of SCM modules with other SAP functions (e.g. Finance/Controlling, Sales & Distribution) to support end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving supply chain visibility, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency. Provide expert advice and creative solutions to complex supply chain challenges.

Experience

• Entry-Level (Junior): 0–2 years of experience in SAP SCM or supply chain process support.
• Experienced (Mid/Senior): 3–5 years (Mid) or 5+ years (Senior) of hands-on SAP SCM experience, including involvement in full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Plan → Source → Make → Deliver).
• Familiarity with SAP logistics modules (MM, PP, QM, SD, EWM) and how they integrate with other areas of SAP (FI/CO).
• Tech-savvy with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to troubleshoot and think innovatively to tailor SAP solutions to business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative team player with a client-facing mindset – able to engage with stakeholders and explain complex ideas clearly.
• Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced projects.
• Highly organized and accountable, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Fluent in Greek (written & spoken) – required .
• Fluent in English (C2 level)– required.
• Additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Certifications

• • SAP Certifications in Supply Chain Management or Sourcing & Procurement
  • Additional Certifications in Production Planning, Quality Management or in EWM is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced SAP solutions like Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Advanced ATP (aATP).
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, BRF+ (Business Rule Framework), or SAP Activate (Agile methodology) is an advantage.
  • Exposure to debugging or integration technologies (IDoc, API, EDI) is a plus.
