SAP Order-to-Cash Consultants (Supply Chain Management)

Role / Job Description

We’re looking for talented SAP Order-to-Cash Consultants (all levels: Junior, Mid, and Senior) to join our growing SAP Practice Department.

In this role, you’ll work with the latest SAP S/4HANA technologies and help design and implement Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions for international clients across various industries.

• Lead or support end-to-end SAP SD implementations (S/4HANA) – from initial analysis and design to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Execute end-to-end OTC processes: inquiry/quotation, contracts, sales orders, delivery, billing & revenue, and returns/credits.
• Configure and optimize SD: sales documents, delivery, shipping & transportation, pricing (condition technique), billing, credit/debit memos, and output forms (BRF+ Output Management).
• Enable aATP (Backorder Processing, substitutions, product allocation) and availability checks.
• Ensure seamless integration with FI/CO (AR, revenue recognition/RAR), MM (third-party procurement), EWM/TM (warehouse & transportation management), as needed.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders; communicate issues/risks, propose options, and drive decisions.
• Produce client-ready designs, configuration rationales, and functional specs (RICEFW) with clear traceability.
• Provide expert consulting and creative problem-solving on complex supply chain challenges.

Level-Specific Impact

• Junior (0–2 years): Assist in configuration, testing, data migration, and documentation. Learn SD fundamentals, Fiori apps, and OTC analytics; support defect triage and hypercare.
• Mid (3–5 years): Lead SD sub processes (e.g., pricing, deliveries, shipping &transportation, returns). Own defect/CR backlogs, coordinate UAT, manage cutover tasks, and mentor juniors.
• Senior (5+ years): Act as SD workstream lead/solution architect. Shape Fit to Standard outcomes, design integrations (SD–FI/MM/EWM/TM), assure quality, guide governance, and contribute to pre sales (estimates, demos, PoCs).

Experience

• • Junior: 0–2 years in SAP SD or supply chain support.
  • Mid/Senior: 3–5+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience, including full-cycle S/4HANA implementations. Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Plan → Source → Make → Deliver).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Plan → Source → Make → Deliver), with emphasis on OTC.
• Hands-on SD configuration: sales documents, delivery, shipping, transportation, pricing, billing/invoicing, returns, credit management (FSCM), BRF+.
• Integration awareness across FI/CO, MM, EWM/TM.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt SAP solutions to specific business needs.
• Fluent in Greek (written & spoken) – required.
• Fluent in English (C2 level) – required.
• Additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

• SAP certifications in sales.
• Additional SAP certifications in sourcing & procurement or transportation management.
• Exposure to RAR (revenue), e-invoicing/e-deliveries/localizations, GTS, CPQ/Commerce integration, IDoc/API/EDI, Fiori.
• Familiarity with IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or Advanced ATP (aATP).
• Activate/Agile methodology experience; basic ABAP debugging skills.
